Day 120 - Wooden blocks make a happy baby, seeing someone doing what they love and loving what they're doing, and catching up with old friends

What makes me smile?

Seeing how happy 2 coloured wooden blocks can make a baby!

If only wooden blocks made everyone this happy

Watching someone doing what they love and loving what they're doing. In this case it's Fred DJing at Creamfields - not bad at all for his 1st gig!

Catching up with old friends over pasta and wine, reminiscing old times and sharing new stories.

WHAT IS THIS?

Thanks for the smile is my 365 project where I will post something for every day of 2012 to document at least 1 thing that brought a smile to my face that day.

I'm ashamed to admit this but I have a terrible and rather selective memory. I often vividly remember tragic, melancholic things and events instead of the little happy moments I know come by more often than I care to give credit to. This blog is to help me remember, and help me be thankful for the joy in everyday living. I'd love to be able to look back and say "At least 366 things made me smile in the year 2012, I even got a bonus day thrown in since it was a leap year, and on Friday the 27th of April it was....."
